PT. Tigermandiri Pratama is engaging in rigid plastic packaging industry and general trading with head office located on Jl. Cideng Timur No.63, Central Jakarta and factory located on Jl. Kamal Muara VII No.1, Kapuk Area, North Jakarta, Indonesia.

We employed 250 operators and 15 persons in management position at our factory and 50 employees at head office.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printer and scanners
• Planning and understaking schedule maintenance upgrades
• Responding to breakdowns
• Investigating dianosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing part
• Obtaining replacement or specialist component, fixture or fittings
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining server and database regularly
• Maintaining records of software icences
• Managing stock of equipment, consumables and other supplies

Requirements :

• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must prosess at leastt a Bachelors Degree Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing Server and Database Handling Network packet analysis tools use and configuration
• Solid experience in Problem analysis and resolution of all kind of hardware & software problems
• Experience with ERP System (especially Pro-Int) is a big plus
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Must excel in a fast - paced agile environment where critical thingking and strong problem solving skills are required for success
• Innovation thinker who is positive, proactive and readily embraces change
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally during all interfaces
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skill
