PT NHF Auto Supplies Indonesia - sebuah distributor suku cadang otomotif yang didiriakn pada tahun 2011 di daerah pulo gadung, jakarta dan merupakan afiliai dari new hoong fatt berhard holding yang terpusat di negara Malaysia.

Perushaan PT NHF Auto Supplies Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan yang dimilik sepenuhnya oleh New Hoong Faat Berhard Holdings perusahaan publik di malaysia yang berdiri dari tahun 1977 dengan pengalaman yang begitu luas dalam distribusi suku cadang otomotif.

Perusahaan kami sedang membutuhkan karayawan/ti sebagai posisi :
  1. Sales Counter
  2. Eksport - Import Staff
  3. Sales Manager
  4. Asisten Managar - HR & GA
Untuk Posisi sebagai Sales Counter :
  •  Membantu sales team dalam hal administrasi suport untuk membantu terciptanya penjualan diperusahaan. kandidat harus mampu memenuhi segala kebutuhan administrasi seperti yang telah diinstruksikan
  • Memastikan semua hal administrasi yang dibutuhkan berjalan dengan lancar sehingga menghasilkan proses penjualan yang efektif dan efisien serta profesional
  • Membangun sales team support order product
  • Membantu sales team hal service dan menangani customer complaint
Requirement :
  • Minimal SMU/SMK
  • Administrasi skills teliti dan detail
  • Berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Microsoft Office: word, excel, power point)
  • Berfikir positif dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan, aktif serta dapat diandalkan
  • Senang berhubungan orang lain serta memiliki toleransi tinggi, sopan tidak mudah menyerah
  • mampu bernegoisasi melalui telphone
Untuk posisi sebagai Export - Import Staff:

Requirement :
  • Diploma Degree
  • Male / Female, Max 30 years old
  • having min. 1 years experiences as Export/impor preferably in Manufacturing industry/Trading
  • Good understanding of Export/import procedures
  • Familiar with MS Office & oter computer Program
  • Good in English both spoken and written
  • Ability to work indenpendently with high accuracy, detail oriented & analytical skill
  • Strong integrity and work ethics
  • Processes good organization and time management skill
  • Able to work individual or as a team
Untuk posisi sebagai Sales Manager :

Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and action plan to achieve company sales and profit goals
  • build a competen sales team by providing choacing. training and motivation to sales team
  • Set clear job expectation and challenging goals for team
  • Map potential customers and develop new customer to increase sales
  • provide market and competitors information to develop sales strategy
Requirements :
  • Candidate must prossess at least a Degree in Marketing, Businness Administration, Commercial or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experince preferably in sales & marketing area in a trading company
  • Prosses good knowledge of indonesian automotive spare parts market
  • Strong Situational Leadership Skill to know when to tell. coach support & delegate to led team
  • Good planning, analytical, problem solving communication & organization skills
  • Required language English (Spoken & Written)


Untuk posisi sebagai Assisten Manager - HR & GA :

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for recruitment
  • Payroll administration in compliance to individual income tax and BPJS regulation
  • Maintain and update emploeyee master database in payroll sytem and employee personal file
  • Implement and manage employee performance management system
  • Manage all general administration functions and practices are in compliance to the  company policy and guidlines
Requirements :
  • Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, Psychology, Law, Business Studies/Administration/management. or equvalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experinces in human Resource
  • Well versed with Employment and industrial Realtions
  • Good interpesonal & Communication skills
  • Good administrative, planning, organizing and problem solving skills
  • Required language: English & Bahasa indonesia (Spoken & Written)
  • Computer Skill Microsoft office (Excell & Word)
  • Ab;e To use Omega Softindo payroll system will be an added advantage
