DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applicantions
• Monitoring and mantaining computer systems and network 
• Administer all user issues, manage all request and prepare documents for all technical solution
• Provide to Support users through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot all IT user devices system and netowkr problem and diagnosing and solving hardwared or Software faults
• Impelementing, testing and evaluating new technology 
• Train All users in Technical andn Procedural and provide Suppot to  all enterprise infrastucture tools
• Manage all hardware and perform required repairr and modification as per reuirement
• Identifying trends that  could indicate problems with systems and implementing strategies to address such issues 
• Ensure user reuirement and business process needs are met, conforming to the standaras of The IT Operations
• Analyze All issues and escabalte issues if reuired to System Engineer for resolution and assist to set up All euipment

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at Least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university
• At least have 1 years of working  experience in related field, Fresh graduate are very welcome to Apply
• Candidate must possess strong aptittude in operating system repairs, spy ware virus remoal hardware, upgrade and troubleshooting
• Candidate must possess knowledge of methodology to run computer systems and to troubleshoot minor computer equipment malfunctions
• Have experience in installation configuration stand - alone environment is a plus
• Candidate must possess a good leadership skill. Good interpersonal Skill, data analysis and problem solving Skill
• Required language English indonesia 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Telukf Jambe , Karawang
• Contract Position
