• inbound/outbound phone calls
• Document management - scanning and filling
• Conduct payment transactions 
• Use scheduling software 
• Buil rapport with patients and members
• Be a respoinsive and dependable team member

Requirements :

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese Compulsory
• A pleasant, professional personality
• Service-oriented Good communication and social skills
• Attention to detail 
• Positive outlook 
• Computer skills
