JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify new business potential and customers according to the defined sales strategy 
• Acquire new customers and business extensions acros all available product offerings
• Maintain and develop business relationship of exiting customers 
• This position requires signifcant interaction with principal personnel in indonesia and in other countries

Specific Accountabilities :

• Ensure successful business development from initial opportunity creationo to the conclusion of commercial negotiation
• Deliver revenue & profit results in line with agreed budget and development target
• Manage overall customer relationships to ensure excellent long-tern business relationship, specifically through sales calls and visits
• Understand where specific capabilities need to be developed in order to meet customer expections and identifying those needs to the local management

Requirements :

• basic knowledge adn undesrtanding of enginneering project specialifically on industrial chimney contructions and maintenance
• Exectional interpersonal & communication skills 
• Sufficient business acumen with the ability to analyze abstract, multifacted problem and influence decisions 
• Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environments
• Fluent in written and spoken English (more languages are benefitcial)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required (preferably in enginnering or in marketing)
• 2 years of solid experience within the enginnering industry
• Relevant business development experince is preferable
